Industry Public Utilities provides water service to residents within the City of Industry and the unincorporated county area known as Avocado Heights. To Begin Water Service with Industry Public Utilities Waterworks System (IPU), please provide the following:
For Owners:

Verification of Ownership & Warranty of Payment Form must be completed.

Proof of ownership: A copy of Escrow Papers or Property Tax bill with owners name and address on the document.

Copy of your current Driver’s License or Identification Card, Social Security Number and/or Tax ID Number.

$25.00 Non-Refundable Application/Transfer Fee.
For Tenants:

Tenant application Form must be completed.

Rental or Lease Agreement.

Copy of your current Driver’s License or Identification Card, Social Security Number and/or Tax ID Number.
